Returns & Quality Concerns
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened Products: If your item is unused and unopened, you may return it for a replacement or exchange.
- Opened Products with Quality Concerns: If you've opened your product and noticed a clear quality issue (e.g., incorrect texture, off-flavor, or visible defect) and only a small amount has been consumed, we’ll investigate the concern. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos if possible. Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll process your return or replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
- Please send us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once reviewed, we’ll begin an investigation.
- Damaged items must be returned to us at the purchaser’s expense before a replacement is issued.
