Custom Orders: All custom-made products, including packaging, labels, and branding materials, are produced according to the specifications you provide.


No Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Items: Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on custom-designed products.


Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping, which includes processing and delivery within an estimated 4–8 weeks.


Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee of $500. This includes prioritization of 1,000 units per design with expedited delivery within 2–4 weeks. Remaining inventory will follow standard timelines.

4. Pricing and Payment


All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before production begins.
We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment options as outlined at checkout.
